Thanks for reaching out to me. I am very happy with the treatment i received from everyone on your staff thus far. I actually visited several dealerships during the process including other infiniti dealerships and Legacy Infiniti surpasses all of them when it's comes to the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
I worked for Macy's Inc. for over 12 years and left the company in 2007 as a Security Director. So I fully understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. I also understand the importance of reporting an outstanding shopping experience because often times you only hear about the horrible ones.
I was impressed from my initial contact with Sandra (Internet Sales). She returned my emails and made appointments for me even on her days off. Which to me is above and beyond what any reasonable person can expect.
My salesperson Robert Choulette was experienced, knowledgeable and easy going. He lacked the fast talking gimics that I came across at other dealerships which turned me off before I could even give them a chance to find me a deal. Robert also maintained contact with me even on his days off which once again is way beyond any reasonable person's expectations. This is my third time buying a car and I visited tons of dealerships in the past three years. I told Robert from the time I walked into your dealership that I was not only looking to purchase a car, I was looking for the best dealership to deal with going forward. I will admit a lexus dealership offered me a little bit better deal financially but lost points with me b/c of the shopping experience. I'm an Inspector for the Transit Authority and basically get paid to watch and observe people not to mention I did external and internal investigations for Macy's Inc for about 12 years. Your staff came across as genuine and knowledgeable and pleasant. Now if they were putting up a front, you guys got one hell of a training class on how to fool people:) lol
Your finance Manager David B. went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal suited for me that he could based on my credit status. I ended up going into a contract that was a bit above my financial criteria for this purchase at this time but I am absolutely happy with the deal I signed.
My only hope is that the rest of your staff will be as good going forward. The people that sold me the car were excellent so now the bar has been set for the rest of your staff and believe me I will be watching... lol. I must commend your team. They definitely understand the importance of excellent customer service. The average shopper these days is an educated one and has done some kind of research prior to even walking into a dealership so curteousy, respect, honesty are all things that they are walking into your dealership expecting.
I look forward to doing business with your dealership going forward and I look forward to sending any business your way that I possibly can. Legacy Infiniti is definitely at the top of my list.
